Upon the announcement of the CPI data by TURKSTAT, the rent increase rate for workplaces in December 2023 has been determined as 53.40%.
On the other hand, as per the Provisional Article 1 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the rent increase limit of 25% for residential places shall continue to be applied until July 1, 2024.
