The monetary limit for applications to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees has been increased.

As per the Communiqué published in the Official Gazette dated 20/12/2023 and numbered 32405, the monetary limit for applications to be made to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees has been determined as TRY 104,000 as of 01/01/2024.
