The administrative fines regulated in Article 18 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 shall be increased annually in accordance with the “revaluation rate” at the beginning of each calendar year, as stipulated in the paragraph 7 of Article 17 of the Misdemeanor Law No. 5326.
