Pursuant to the Minimum Wage Determination Commission’s decision published in the Official Gazette dated December 30, 2023 and numbered 32415, the minimum wage of an employee for one day of normal work is determined as TRY 666.75 between the dates 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024, with an increase of 49.11% compared to the previous period.
Accordingly:
(i) Monthly net minimum wage is TRY 17,002.12,
(ii) Monthly gross minimum wage is TRY 20,002.50, and
(iii) Cost of minimum wage to the employer is TRY 23,502.94
for the year 2024.
